戒烟时女性可能会面临肥胖、抑郁等障碍。
但随着各国政策和吸烟危害的普及，越来越多的吸烟者开始尝试戒烟，但往往以失败告终。
戒烟失败的因素很多，但令人惊讶的是，戒烟的成功率与性别差异有关。
最近，对于最近38000名吸烟者的研究，尽管女性吸烟者的数量比男性少，但戒烟成功率更低。同时，与男性相比，使用戒烟服务的女性过重或肥胖、抑郁和焦虑的发生率更高。
这项研究结果可能为戒烟措施和政策提供构想，表明需要提供更适合女性需求的戒烟服务。
为什么女？2001-2018年法国在戒烟机构尝试戒烟者的特点和戒烟率。在近38000名参加者中，女性占43.5%，平均年龄为48岁，男性平均年龄为51岁。

性别不同，危害也不同

那么，远离烟草和戒烟的小把戏是什么呢？
